David has a passion for understanding and keeping abreast of the changes in technology. In the rapidly changing technological landscape with evolving threats and losses, as well as the tightening legal and regulatory environment, the IT Liability and Cyber portfolios provide David and his colleagues with an exciting opportunity for specialisation and innovation.
David works closely with Liberty's Cyber Risk Engineers, Claims team and Product Development - among others - aiming to provide consistently excellent service to our broker partners and policyholders.
David completed a Bachelor of Science in physics and a Bachelor of Commerce in economics and since graduating in 1993, he has worked in the professional lines area of insurance across a number of broking and underwriting roles.
Since joining Liberty in 2008, David launched Liberty's Information Technology Liability initiative and in 2012 Liberty’s Cyber Insurance initiative for Asia Pacific.
