Phil joined Liberty at the beginning of 2021 from a global insurer in Singapore and has a background in large and complex First Party claims with particular focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Property, and Construction. Originally from the UK, he worked in the London insurance market before relocating to Singapore in 2013.
