Biography
Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Rachel worked as a Senior Associate in the corporate and commercial team at several law firms in both the UK and Australia. Rachel has experience working on large corporate and M&A transactions with a focus on private M&A. She also has experience as a project manager in Government and not for profit sectors.
