COVID-19 Update

We’ve adjusted the way we work to make sure we continue to deliver effectively on renewals, new proposals and claims.

Like you, we are monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak as part of our business continuity plans.  


Many of our underwriters, risk engineers and claims specialists across the world are now working from home. This includes our teams in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, where our offices are now closed.


Being part of a major global company means we have great systems underpinning the way we work. Our team all have remote access to our systems and files, which allows us to continue to deliver our services. We can attend Skype and video conferencing meetings as required and foresee that our service levels will continue, as will our ability to promptly pay all valid claims.  


Our Claims team also continues to be in regular contact with our wider team of adjusters, law firms, and consultants to stay across their business continuity plans. We’re confident that together we can continue to provide the high levels of service that you have come to expect from Liberty Specialty Markets in Asia Pacific.
